Good Morning, Vietnam!

I made a promise to myself, and my buddy, Scott, that I would write in my blog every day... come rain or shine or broken laptop. I am at KTV now and just finished teaching a preschool class. There was lots of singing and coloring for all! Good times! Oh, to be a kid again!

Now, I have a short break so I ordered an omelet and coffee from the cafeteria. While waiting on that, I am writing in my blog.

I am teaching a Phonics class in about 25 minutes. Lots of repetition. Listen and .. REPEAT! Listen and.. REPEAT!

Tonight, I am giving my laptop to one of my students who works with computers. He told me to not take it to a shop and let him look at it because I shouldn't trust any computer shops in Vietnam. And SOLD!! To the highest bidder. So we're going to have beer tonight as well.

I am hungry. Off to the cafeteria... or "canteen" as the Vietnamese say.
