Saturday Weigh-In

I decided to weigh in today as this weekend I plan to "pig out." :) This morning, I weighed in at 86.0 kg. That's 189 lb! My ideal weight when I started this journey last year at 246 lbs was to be in the 180s. Well, I've made it! However, I'd like to be in the lower 180s, but I'm still in the 180s all the same. Now, I've got to work super hard to maintain. I often get at what I think is an ideal weight and stop exercising and start eating everything again, thus putting back on the weight I lost. Not this time. I'm gonna maintain this weight. I have to!

Soon, I will take some new photos and post some before and after pics. But yayeee for losing 57 lbs (26 kg). I REFUSE to EVER be that fat again!! Happy Weekend!!!

    Good for you Mikey! It is easy to fall back into old, bad habits! But, I know you can do it! You look too fab-u-lous not too! :) And, you can be my encouragement and inspiration to loose the post-baby weight!
