I'll ask my computer nerd husband, but I'm pretty sure that he calls this blue screen, " the screen of death," or as seen here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_error_screen
as bad as it sounds, I think its fixable. I will ask him what you need to do as soon as he gets home tonight!
Alica is right...blue screens are NOT good, similar to the three rings of death for X Box players. I hope you have it all sorted out now and Merry Christmas!
