Lisp4 and facebook now blocked in Vietnam

As of March 1st, the Vietnamese government has blocked both lisp4 and facebook. The way around this is to google the program "Hotspot shield" download it, close your browser, then run it. It will give you an address from the states and then you can open facebook normally. I've used it for over 3 years since I lived in Korea and wanted to watch tv programs that were blocked outside of the US. There are pop-up ads every now and then, but it's a free program so who cares!? Be sure to comment if you have any questions, need any advice, or just want to thank me for showing you the way! ^^

Happy facebooking!!

Hey Mike! Facebook at least here in HCMC is no longer blocked. Hope your ISP unblocks it soon.

Thanks, Lyra. It depends on the internet provider. Sometimes it's blocked; sometimes not. And my work has a different provider so everything's blocked with VNPT. Drama! ^^

Got VNPT here too and they block everything, so damn tired of it. Hotspot-shield drives me insane, its slow and its screaming loud video advertisements all the time and redirection of pages.

Why the F they think that annoying advertisements are doing any good ? lame.

Please see my latest blog entry. I don't use hotspot anymore! I found something so much better, faster, and with no advertisements!

I'm looking for other than hotspot shield to. Damn aggressive ads. It just started pop'n up porn sites and that could get very inappropriate at work.
will look for your latest blog.
Cheers
