Get it together!

My cholesterol isn't so bad, actually, which is surprising, but my triglyceride count is 370. Normal is 200 so I've got to seriously get it together with that! I'll start a vegetarian diet as well as start exercising more regularly. So no more meat, sugar, dairy, coffee, alcohol.. NO MORE CHOCOLATE!! Gotta do what I gotta do. I hope to go back to the doctor in six months a new and improved man!!
