In the Boonies

I'm now at my dad's in remote North Louisiana where there is no cell phone reception.  Thank goodness for wifi!!  Below is a photo of my location.  Yes, in the boonies - I'm not kidding!  Be sure to enlarge the photo for the full effect.

Hi Michael,

I'm not sure of how to contact you other than leaving a comment here so:

I had recently visited Vietnam, Bien Hoa for a wedding and came across your blog when searching for teaching jobs, and peoples' experience while living there. It's been very helpful and informative. I wanted to thank you for the many posts and ask some questions about your time in Vietnam.

1. How did you come into contact with your first job in Vietnam? Were you currently in the country, go through a recruiter, or search for one online via site like ESL Cafe?

2. Have you come across many teaching adults, highschool, and university students or are the majority kindergarten aged?

3. Do you know of any schools looking to hire for teaching older kids, high school, university, and or adults?

4. How would you compare the process of applying for teaching in Vietnam with that of teaching in Korea?

Thanks in advance,

Michael-
Could you please contact me regarding Bien Hoa? Your email address isn't on here, so I can't contact you. :(
Thanks.
